The twenty-three carat bling-bling made this car the most expensive toy car. This car has 2700 black, white, and blue diamonds to cover the 18-carat white gold casing. Blue diamonds were used to copy the Spectra frame of Hot Wheels while the white and black diamonds were used to coat the underbelly side. Rubies were used to glitter the brakes. Beverly Hills famed celebrity jeweler Jason Arasheben, CEO and President of Jason of Beverly Hills, had designed this car, which is the most expensive one in Hot Wheels history. According to Arasheben, it was a dream project to work with Hot Wheels. Aside from the launch of the expensive toy car, Hot Wheels also announced that there will be a yearlong celebration for the forty years heritage of Mattel in the industry.
