The court document gave Britney’s father, James Spears, the full authority to have Grossman fired and liable to surrender all records and documents, especially all the assets of Britney Spears. This action was supposedly triggered because of the charges initiated by Britney’s mother, who accused Sam Lufti, the pop princess’ self-style manager, of drugging her daughter. Court documents that got publicized pertaining to these drug incidents reveal that Sam Lufti was doing this to take full control of Britney’s life, home, and most of all-her finances. As we all know, Britney was admitted in a Los Angeles hospital last week. She was placed under actual psychiatric evaluation. As Spears left UCLA Medical Center last Wednesday, her father had a closed-door hearing in court the following day. This is to demand for the conservatorship of her daughter’s assets. It was last Thursday when Commissioner Reva Goetz had a closed-door hearing with James Spears. Although Howard Grossman went to the courtroom, he was ordered to leave with the others. The following day, Commissioner Goetz issued an order to have Howard Grossman return all records and documents, especially all assets of Britney, to her father, James Spears. Grossman said that although he is a person of good nature, as to the name he has established all these years, he can only obey the court’s decision regarding the assets and documents of Britney. |
