Make way and be ready for the Next Top Model of America. The most famous reality program looking for the newest batch of top models has recently been launched. Tyra Banks and Company have chosen the lucky fourteen girls who will be presented when the search for the “Next Top Model” starts on February 20.

Wannabe catwalker’s aged 18 to 24 will spin this year from the Big Apple instead of Los Angeles. A reason for this is that Banks had started taping her talk show from New York.

This year, catwalkers are expected to be under the guidance of Jay Manuel, who is the drill sergeant. Different guests such as various artists, photographers, and fashion critics will all be part of the search.

Aside from the change of location, Paulina Porizkova, as part of the panel judge, will replace Twiggy. The usual suspects – Banks, Nigel Barker, and J. Alexander, will join Porizkova.

The initial photos of the new wannabes still does not give much about who will lead the pack. But it will be interesting to see how they will get the panel approval. Moreover, the ones who will be the early favorites of the viewing public will also be an exciting aspect to look out for.

This year season is expected to be another monstrous hit as the eight and ninth season had gathered more than five million viewers. This made it the most watched show last spring and fall.

The successful lady to win the most coveted “Next Top Model” title will receive a contract from Elite together with a US $100000 deal from Cover Girl cosmetics. In addition, she’ll be featured in Seventeen magazines.
